Affinity Canvas helps deliver a consistently magnificent onboarding experience

Affinity Canvas solves the problem of scaling excellent customer service through a simple, collaborative process. 

I worked with the team to evaluate weaknesses in their current experience, research and develop better design patterns, and implement a refreshed design language. We switched from a card-based system to a “steps and stages” approach, with more tailored interactions throughout. Teams create and invite new customers to “canvases” that act as a single source of truth during the onboarding and implementation processes.
